Why do SEC filings sometimes show as "Temporarily Unavailable" on OTCM?
For several days, before and after market hours, they don't show up, even on some current SEC Filers.
Today, for example, the Old SEC filings show up for CUBV from before 2007, but in previous days they were "Temporarily Unavailable."
Sorry, I have to ask, but I feel it's still a dumb question.
Also, is there a way to find out if a company has "Registered" to make SEC filings, 8k's for example, even though they are an "Alternative Reporting" Company? (or do they need to register?)
