That is actually a piss hole in the snow compared to the $4T in tax cuts passed a few years ago that were supposed to pay for themselves.

But at the end of the day infrastructure will be improved and it won't be the paper towel dispensers either.

My house needed a new roof and a new HVAC system. I guess I could have waited for the roof to leak and the house to get cold but I have to live with my wife. I am fortunate enough to have paid cash but regardless I would have had to borrow to keep the wife happy.

At the end of the day I have something to show for the money I spent. The tax cuts have nothing but an increase in the bill we pass along to future generations.
