Pfizer making money hand or fist

but AMRN stock price is still way below $5 per share

since BPs like Pfizer focus their efforts on

what drugs make the most money (through hook or crook)

instead of what drugs are the best for society

Sometimes drugs that are best for society make lots of money

but, as in the case of AMRN and Vascepa,

apparently that is not so
