Dont forget absorbtion rates. If you “flush” 60% of the drug out you might need a higher dose. Also the slow titration process would allow for patients to gradually work up to maximum “personal” tolerated dosing. I see a 10 mg capsul to start and after a few months changing to a 20 or 30 mg long term.
