Well he wrote a book and it really seems it was indeed a platform for him to profess his innocence. He was diplomatic in many ways and yes he did get 7 years and I will not argue that it seems excessive compared to all the other slap on the wrists we see but we need more 7 year sentences.
The Enron lads got whooped pretty good if I recall.
