The whole “Henry signed a fake loan” bashing theory is bizarre. First off it hasn’t affected the share price yet, and second the loans have already been filed with the SEC for weeks now. The SEC certainly would have noticed if the loan companies were fake and not legitimate.
The loans are happening and we will hear more about them by the end of the month.
