Crashes can easily be manufactured on OTC.

It is a lot easier to manufacturer pumps as you are trying to convince retail and retail does not short to any extent.

All you've got to do is lock the data on a 10+ year trial, tell your investors you'll give them results within a month, say nothing for three months, poke your head out to tell them data will be here in the coming months, say nothing for 9 more months, and presto! You've cut your market cap by 66% just like that.
