It's a trend in the stock market....particularly for OTC stocks where some years there is an unusually strong upward bias in stock prices starting some time in Dec and running into Feb.
It doesn't happen every year though last Dec - Feb was a MONSTER move! I'm hopeful we will see this again this time though even if it happens we can't expect nearly as powerful a market as last year.
