Only Market Makers can trade ABQQ or any other ticker with a price that is more than 4 digits after decimal.

The fact that ANY stock goes out to hundredths of a penny is completely ridiculous. Is any investor really influenced by something like a 5/1,000, or even a 5/100, increase or decrease in a stock? Either way, ABQQ investors better get used to seeing it go out 4 decimal places. Real stock only go out 2 decimal places.
