Rossaroni, you are certainly not the only one. Add me to the list. I nominate BIEL as the most manipulated stock on the stock market. It is back down to its 52-week low and even when the Dow is on track to gain over 1,000 points in the past two sessions, BIEL is not allowed to budge upward from .0011 to .0012. Somebody really wants to hold this little company down. Is it because they are afraid of BIEL or because they want to buy as many shares as possible?
