Tell us about the financials that were available for viewing purposes in August and before hand? Was there anything in writing in any of them that talked about possible stock dilution at anytime in the future that would bring concern to any potential investors? If there seemed to be no concern about any dilution just a few months ago, why now? There doesn't seem to be much interest in filling bids at .025 and below!

Another question? This company has never been profitable in the history of the company so how could there not be any mention of possible dilution in recent filings or the ones from years gone by? As an investor, I noted possible dilutions before coming aboard...

Almost all OTC penny stocks dilute to fund their growing business! Why would TSOI be any different? The TSOI financial records reveal these statistics for the last decade! The possibility of dilution is the same now as it was a decade ago! If there are "supposedly" no future catalysts, and the CEO is "supposedly" a liar as stated, why remain devoted to the company? What is the upside?
