Ralphey, I posted a link where you can find all of the information that relates to patent #3037089. (Post 362238) At the top left of the page you can choose the type of information you want or change the patent #. In the opposition section it showed 3 sperate parties. In Europe any citizen can bring opposition to a patent. The names listed are not necessarily truly responsible for the action. I think we are safe to assume that the money behind this move comes from the 3 ANDA holders in the US.
