Yes we’ll have the memory of having supported this company and a breakthrough in cancer treatment that will benefit so many and that is bringing tremendous satisfaction even now not only to me but also my children and grandchildren knowing that investing can help lead to a cure for cancer and bring financial reward with it. There is also another benefit.
My grandfather had some AT&T stock early on from the 1920s and held on through at least the early 80s. He always talked about the surprise blessing that turned out to be but he was a faithful Bible based giver and when God tells you to test Him in something my grandfather and my parents would tell you it’s a good idea to do so. Their financial lives were not always easy but the blessing that eventually came proved their actions out in no uncertain terms. I say why argue with success and generational blessings even if you go through your own tests along the way. And to think my parents, sibs, kids and oldest grandkids get to see this fountain of multilayered generational blessing up close and personal through their own journeys and journeys of others who have put God to the test ; ).
