They were all doing business 6+ years ago before the FTC filed suit. They halted sales based on their lawyers instructions. Home Depot was literally cutting 1/2 of the 12' DuPont Tyvek display, for 6' of the Insultex House-wrap. That is when the lobbyists were called in to get the FTC action. One of the major Home builders were ready to buy on a large monthly basis, and the biggest retailer in the US was interested in using the pure Insultex for the thinnest and warmest Sleeping Bag on the market. Again they all stopped, thinking that if the FTC claims something it must be true.
