I'm only responding to my own post, since somebody seems to have taken offense to what I implied. Some people are hoo ha about a position, but once things end up not looking right in their eyes, they switch.
Let me bring to light something this someone tends to not know, or refuses to know. $JPEX is a reverse merger play. $JPEX cannot dilute shares. $JPEX is a shell ticker as of right now under a merger management that cannot dilute as that is criminal, and the SEC can file to reject any further advancements.
If $JPEX's managers wanted to cease the number of stocks in circulation for the interest of the incoming company or its shareholders, there are a number of ways to do this without dilution, and I would like to believe that these guys know what can and cannot be done.
So in my closing statement, I would like to inform everyone if you are with $JPEX great, stick with it and you will be rewarded. If you're not with $JPEX, why spread false information and just go somewhere else that makes you happy. My two cents.
