This is not the work of money makers, I wish I can say this is, but it is not. This is the work of the FED doing what incapable leaders of the FED do best. The overall downtrend of the entire market is making it's way to the OTC. I believe the SEC condones this behavior. I also think the FED should be abolished because they never do what's right for people, instead they do what's best for their own pockets. This is my theory.
