FeMike, the tote bags appear pretty much the same to me
I do wish the bag meant approval soon but imo I doubt they have a bla yet so probably quite some time to any approvals. Hope for 2022 the patients need an alternative treatment

I think the green on beige looks classier. Maybe back then they were holding up the vaccine for a trademark bag. The 2022 bag should be made from recycled certificates. Maybe a GoFundMe logo on the other side would look cool. Also the bag should be pink now. Or maybe the bag can come with a holder??

Because it was done before does not stop this from being a coming soon ad.

In November 2018, the updated results of the blinded data were shared. Dr. Liau spoke about it at length. Dr. Liau was presented the prestigious Guha award. No one knew NWBO had future plans to conduct a one plus year SAP process. Six months later, Cognate (Memphis) received GMP certification in Europe.

That sounds very much like they had strong reason to believe they were on the path to approval in late November 2018.

What happened?

Best anyone here can tell, the Scientific Advisory Board interrupted the party by suggesting the SAP be modified. One day, yes that’s right, one day after the brilliant 2018 SNO conference, the announcement about reworking the SAP occurred. We all know how long that slog took.

(Note: coming soon ads are supposed to be limited to six months or less before anticipated approval. I’ll find every reference to that if need be, but the idea is you only start it after you have been given reason to believe you are on the path to approval.)

exactly. These bags didnt mean anything in 2018, and dont mean anything in 2021. No 'coming soon", no BLA application, nothing outside of just a normal sponsor for SNO.

When people try so hard they trick themselves into believing anything to confirm their thinking. Its called "Confirmation bias", and it runs rampant in biotech investing. People on this board are so easily deceived by the person(s) spewing this BS. Believe nothing what you see, and everything what you hear" is my modo. NWBO is obviously not divulging any pertinent information, and as such nobody knows a thing of what really going on behind the scenes, and I mean NOBODY on this board.

One - The registered trademark is actually critically important and connects similarly to Senti’s platform concern but a little different. No more stomping and complaining about that other DCVax folks, we have a registered trademark. The -L thing is a curiosity to me, if you have the DCVax registered, do you really ever need the -L registered when that probably isn’t the name you will ultimately market, probably.

Two - There is a timing factor that seems trivial BUT IS NOT. Did they begin a filing and when did that occur? Be reasonable sunny, please be reasonable will you?

Three - ABTA page 14, about two months prior. Sorry, Senti but this is where your fear should be erased. If the had the spacing adjusted properly I as a professional would have no criticism at all, trivial I know. They gave me something better than the data, I just did not pay any attention until the bag bc I as everyone here was so damn focussed on the data. Do you understand how slight of hand works? Comprehension matters.

Four - Either way but this is debatable, but leaning heavily my way…because if they have not filed you cannot with any reason tell me that they have not begun the formal process with formal meetings and that gets the old antenna up. Just too damn risky to premarket promote with little to not enough money in the bank and hope for the best which could range from a punch in the face to a fine likely big enough to wipe out much of that fund because it is my understanding that everyone who grabbed a bag or viewed that ad is a separate count and fine. Or the death penalty for you, not necessarily DCVax but you, yes. Why would she do this and who in their right mind has been paying any attention to this drama and can believe that she would and LL would go along?

I usually do not strike first, but when I strike back it can be quite sharply biting. So I will not apologize but I will reapeat….
