George cannot sell tomorrow. It is not until Dec 4 that he can have the restrictive legend removed on any shares already exercised…which was 10,000,000 shares. And by the time the TA instructions get executed and even if the stock is DWAC’d it won’t be until next week.
The other thing is…I do believe that the other warrant holder has been shorting against the box so technically that stock has already hit the market which is probably why we have seen the significant price depreciation over the last month.
The only thing that could start tomorrow is the Pref B conversions…BUT NOT THE SALES. Keep an eye on the OS next week and beyond.
I see what is happening on social media…the straw man is being set up where they are creating the false narrative that many have said there will be huge dumping tomorrow (and there won’t be)…and when it doesn’t show up can claim success!! LOL.
Either that or they simply don’t have a clue.
This selling will slowly build…over the weeks and months. It will be relentless. Some days none…some days bad.
