That's what my institutional friends are saying. They're not allowed to even "follow" the stock!!
If there is an uplist, it has to be well orchestrated, meaning some kind of instrument like a "fairness opinion" on an S-1 or.....! Coupled with Institutional support in the market place . Without that, all an uplist will do is give the shorts a higher level to operate. What the company needs is a "quasi" underwriting. It sounds crazy but I've seen syndicates do exactly that!!! LP and Les know all this. The trick is finding the right banker to play without having to give up too much in fees.
LP and Les obviously believe that they don't need any help and that the data will create a tidal wave of retail buying.
They've been right so far and the Neil Woodfords of the world have gotten their ass kicked!!
So we'll have to wait and see if LP can flip the MM's the finger and walk away with the prize!!
