PMPG...007...Pull Down looks to me like the Reversal signal for the 3rd Wave of a 5 Wave Elliot Wave...if so we see a 3rd wave that Breaks/Holds the previous high at .20...

Lets see if the Pattern develops and if my read is successful or not...Just my view on this Chart...
