Thanks hyperopia. The U.K. specials program I believe is not exactly the same as many of the other compassionate care programs and seems to allow them to charge what they need to charge for the specially made prescription of their doctor. I think it seems likely to generate real revenue though it is not the same as being licensed, having the U.K. national healthcare system cover their costs and being able to market the product. It looks like the best early access program out there.
