The 11/23 filing was Check and today’s filing was Check Mate. Both parties are in agreement to settle the litigation and the judge has everything he needs to sign an order awarding George Sharp the $22,500 and CUBA can then proceed with the completion of the merger. Will the judge sign it this week and on 12/3 when the scheduled hearing is/was to happen. Hard to know but, regardless, it appears the litigation issue has been resolved and the merger agreement will be finalized this week or next, imo.
