I wouldn't hold my breath. They would just find another way. There are already plenty of laws on the books, they just need to enforce them. Lying Roger has been getting away with obvious fraud for decades.

One thing that does need to change, is they need to require ALL publicly traded companies to file audited financials with the SEC and then enforce the laws.
