That's interesting, but like you said not binding....

personally I don't believe they are as stringent, but until I read it on the OTC website I'm merely guessing...

It's high time the company gets together with the OTC Markets and makes a public announcement.

Why this hasn't happened yet is mind boggling to me, considering that someone by now has had to question the OTC Market on what IS required.
