WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PSI-TEC Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PTHO - News) and its wholly owned subsidiary PSI-TEC Corporation, today announced the parent-subsidiary merger of the two companies. PSI-TEC Holdings, Inc. is the surviving corporation of the merger, and effective today, its name is changed to Third-Order Nanotechnologies, Inc.
