First of all I said RESTRICTED SHARES, not PREFERRED SHARES.

If you do some research, you may see that some of these RESTRICTED SHARES may have been gotten through unscrupulous methods. Mr. Sharp may appeal to the Court system to have those shares fully cancelled.

THIS COULD SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THE AMOUNT OF “OUTSTANDING SHARES”.
