Do we know for a fact the publication is in the stage of journal peer reviews? I might have missed that.

It was posted here as a phone statement by DI.

Take that however you might, but if you believe it to be true that weeks ago they already had peer reviews (plural), then you have to wonder why it has not yet been published.
