Rory can cherry pick his “growth” numbers all he wants.

No one even knows for sure if Rory can even read these reports correctly.

This is the Rory, the same guy who told everyone his Verb share price can never go below $1

Short of some genuinely outstanding new development, and based on the recent financials & coming dilution, I don't see how VERB pps can do much other than wander downward until the next quarter fins, I don't know what other news could convince the market otherwise, oh perhaps a buyout. by a really big player would help.

Following the Sound Concepts acquisition, VERB was very clear about transitioning from a low margin paper business to a high margin digital/SAAS business. Given that, it is a stretch to consider focusing on the digital business as "cherry picking".

Below is the progression of digital revenue:

$ 000s

2020 Q1 $1,457
2020 Q2 $1,680
2020 Q3 $1,838
2020 Q4 $1,523
2021 Q1 $1,801
2021 Q2 $1,810
2021 Q3 $2,356

This most recent quarter is the one where digital revenue grew 30%. I would also note that VERB stated we would start to see more significant revenue growth starting in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2021. I would as well note that if (hypothetically) quarterly revenue grew 30% per quarter, after five years, annual digital revenue would be close to $1.8 billion. I would finally note that none of the above numbers (or hypothetical projections) reflect any revenue from Marketplace, TV, of NFTs.

The above is all in my opinion.
