The quiet period is subject matter specific, not general. They have been doing PR’s for the manufacturing all along. There were noisy demands for them to update and the previous decline was being driven by people claiming there was something wrong because they had not updated at the end of 3Q. One could say it was a malicious rumor, or that people tried to twist their arm into updating, whatever the case, they were never in a quiet period on Sawston and manufacturing.

I'm just gonna plan to buckle up and see what happens, next. NWBO has created an unbelievable opportunity, leapfrogging competition with an unprecedented combination of a before-its-time manufacturing system and a novel cancer treatment. If nothing chances in December, I'm content to wait until mid-March.

They did not leap-frog the competition. LP played the Alli "rope-a-dope" game and waited years for them to wear out and fade away.
