That's a bunch of hooey. Please explain how one man, who simply lent the company money on agreeable terms, then had to sue in both Federal and State courts to recover his money, held back an entire company. In truth, it was Walther who buried the company by misusing the loan, then trying to scheme and defraud Adelstein, losing big in court and burying the company in debt and wasting 8 years.

In addition to all of that stupidity, Walther added the corporate sin of laziness as he never made any effort to market the product.
