So their inability to meet the published merger date of Nov 15 (despite our complaining) was actually a blessing.

Or, they got a tip what was pending and deliberately failed to merge as a preventative countermeasure.

Could be interesting as they might be able to carry on from Canada, or take the whole thing private and pay dividends to those who have funded them to this point - "shareholders".

Regardless, you must think Sanders is out? Somebody has to be held accountable for this mess.
