As per George Sharp Forwardly CC his intentions are clear and it would be to gain leverage on better $FORW financing terms for acquisitions and investments into $FORW projects . Yes he might sell some as well but he clearly stated not at discounted pricing.
In case some folks aren't aware George Sharp is considered a money man ( he can access funds quickly) Hense he would use them to negotiate better terms for financing investments.
