Could also account for the timing of stopping drilling to allow for at least a week of early testing confirmation of a market producing discovery before Dec.2 expiration. Remember when when we seemed to have had an extension into Jan of 2022 and was pulled back? I don't trust the forces trying to stop His plan but not worried because it's in His plan and perfect timing.
