Application for Approval of Change in Ownership, Control, or Business Operations
Once GVSI is SEC fIler he can apply for change in ownership and control with FINRA which will give him a clean slate as SEC filer. No need for previous delinquent fins.

You do realise GS was not forced to file the RW right? He could have easily noted the SEC comments and let the 60 days expire anyway to become current. The reason he filed the RW is to make sure that this ticker will have the best possible standing with the SEC for a future big RM. That is all that matters to me and that is what will happen. Whether it’s now or in 3 months.

Only 2 years of filings are required to become a SEC filer. Sharp stated the designation of a class of preferred shares were missing and needs to be corrected via the NVSOS, then he can refile a new Form 10. The rest of the stuff about Finra holding things up is pure speculation on your part.
