There was one other issue that wasn't " shareholder friendly " although she was no longer a director,

Ms Swati, the old CEO had 96 ml shrs that she started to liquidate I believe was in the 2 nd qtr, we know that because she fell below the 5% that requires her to be listed in the fins. No one knows how long she was dumping, or how many shrs she could have yet if any. This along with the profit taking imo did a number on the pps.

As you mentioned the OTC had a great year with so many runners, that is another reason traders dumped SHMN for Tax loss purpose.

I'm feeling a very nice bounce here once Sivana gets into it...
