So, lets assume that a reverse split gets denied, then what happens?

The "company" is broke, the treasury will be out of shares, the debtor will still be owed money and sitting on the POS like a vulture on a road kill.

So, no cash or shares. How is this redirected "real estate development and acquisition company" supposed to acquire anything other than accrued interest on the remaining debt? lol
