Short Volume is meaningless in the OTC. Has no relationship whatsoever to short Interest which is the important number.

Short Volume could be 100% of the trading volume and not a single open short position created.

All the short volume means is that a broker dealer executed the first leg of a LONG transaction by a short sale to the buyer and covered immediately with a buy from the seller.

Short volume is the most misunderstood and misrepresented info there is in the OTC.

I have to say, as a person who wants to see this go up, Short Volume is a worthless number, and a complete waste of time.
Even the OTC won't post those numbers, as most people don't understand what those numbers consist of.
IMO, unless they are better broken down, they should be ignored.
