We have not seen any LOI yet. An LOI lays out the basic terms of the agreement. Wayne never lays out the basic terms of the agreements to the shareholders in his scams. They find out years later he was full of crap. This has happened sooooo many times already in his other scams.
If this R/M happens, there will be two entities left.....Tersus and Wayne. The rest of the street shareholders will be diluted into gnat food.
But Wayne did get his 2 bagger....for a day...out of his empty statement designed for that purpose only.
