The Trust doesn't currently own any common stock and hasn't since March of this year when it distributed its remaining shares to the Trust's beneficiary (Dannie). Her(?) shares are listed as unrestricted and maybe she has been selling some of them.
All of the Trust's other shares were given to Cotropia, et al in the Control Block transfer as a result of the merger. Those shares are in Cotropia, et al hands and remain restricted.
