He can purchase through already negotiated contracts. Nobody mentioned open market necessarily.

LOL WOW.......so you see that I said he would be buying on the OPEN MARKET, on Monday? Another Lasik candidate for sure.

I said, and keep saying, he has to have access to the loan(s) first.

Then, he has to buy the shares that THIRD PARTIES are holding for him, through the pre-negotiated transactions, and he then needs to announce many billions have been bought back and will be retired, or that a few billion have been bought back and commit to many billions more in the days following the first batch.

It really helps to not twist everything and to stop leading more donkeys to empty troughs.
