There was a discussion about RS in 2019 when this was slightly over 1 billion. XU said for now it would not happen and then he dilutes the hell out of this ticker.
96,068,890 shares traded today. I bet you half of those shares were dumped shares by XU. (JMO). We will know for sure when the next OTC update for securities (share structure) comes out.
