Well of course there are exceptions or things happen = filings turn out to be incorrectly filed that sort of thing. I'm sure if they find something shady about the filings or they give them a certain amount of time to correct them or produce missing information and they don't comply they will lose their status. But the rule is pretty clear as to how it will work. People tend to prey on other investors posting sorted distortions of information already supplied by the OTC board. I'm not saying this won't turn out to be a terd. It quite possibly could be. This is the OTC nothing surprises me because I've seen the same people make out like bandits time and time again over the years and then turn around and say ""haha I told you it was a scam" or like dude the other day who screams this is a scam over and over but says he makes momey here over and over again. There is no absolutes in the OTC with bullshit like this going on by the old pros over and over again.. This site has turned into a death trap for new investors and then certain people here just blow my mind how callous, calculated and cold they are about preying on other people.. ""I told you it was a scam, I told you it was a scam".. Yet they ride the scams up and down over and over again like the old pro.. How do new investors know who to believe with so many lies and misinformation going around? Personally I don't believe anybody on any of these boards. I cover my ass all the time because the bandwagons always ride together. You can't believe a damn thing you read here.. These people aren't trying to help anyone but themselves and then have the audacity to say ""I tried to warn you.." What a load of horse shit... Jail time again...
