Yes but it was supposed to be filed 5 days after extension which turned into 7 days because of the weekend... no excuse to not have it done today. First time in my 14 months here that I'm starting to gave questions about my investment

Can you supply one example of any company EVER being prosecuted for lying about an excuse for a late filing? That would demonstrate to us how they could face "big trouble". TIA! Thousands and thousands of companies out there, dozens and dozens of quarters in the past 20 years, hundreds and hundreds of late filings, so just asking for one example of what you are referring to.

Isn't that exactly the same reason they gave last time? But I'm glad they got them filed this time to stay pink current. :)
