PPS will head back up. Usually after a sharp drop, it'll take weeks to work through the damage. Key is to watch when it will get back above $1 and hold. If I were buying I would just buy and not worry about the few cents ( unless you're trying to swing trade) because that will be irrelevant when TLD is revealed.
