2012 is not 2021. All MIKP has to do is file the form 10 or whatever to become limited pink and then they can address the 211. Yes MIKP will then be able to trade (both buy and sell) while limited pink as Several companies have already done and gone from the expert to limited pink.

Tick Tock (Soon we will be limited pink). The OTC can change the rules for the better any time where the 211 will be less expensive and expedited much quicker (without the back and forth question and answer thing over several months).

I still believe Mark Newbauer will succeed in getting us to limited pink.
