We haven't secured any financing. Until the contracts are signed and money is moving into the PHIL coffers, it's just talk.

How come this feels like a smoke screen. And why on the day the late 10Q was supposed to be released?

Sorry, as much as I'd LOVE to see this a reality, I'm having a real hard time believing it now. Just a tad bit "over the top" in the reality department for me.

Nothing to do now but to wait for the 10Q to see if there is any more details.
