The truth is he is making a deceptive set of statements here:

Let me explain. While registering stock with the SEC is one way to get it free trading…IT IS NOT THE ONLY WAY.

The stock will be eligible for an EXEMPTION from registration come December 3, 2021 when the “holding period” exemption under Rule 144 becomes available to that stock.

George leaves that out.

Second…what precisely is a “depreciated value”? In George’s case that is $0.20 per share as they become worthless. Otherwise he is making plenty of money…so for FORW the current pps is hardly “depreciated”.

One doesn’t go through the process of lending money and exercising warrants that still have 2 YEARS of life left if there is no intention of selling.

Obviously he is trying to give the impression he won’t be selling, but then we have seen that type of deception many times before from him.
