I don't doubt that the project has commenced. It took Ghana 3 years since the UNOPS grant to acquire the land and the Aug news and ensuing activity shows they are kicking things off.
What's in doubt is whether SWA really has the full 5b contract or not. The other news article from mid Sept, followed by the removal of SWA reference by MPG website.
Even now, you can google ' Meridian "Skybridge West Africa" ' and you'll see cached reference to SWA. This is what I found during my original DD. Now if you click on the meridian site and Services & Consulting and Construction & Development, you get "Page Lost"
This is very very shady. As much as I hate to admit, this begs to entertain the possibility that SWA/ST3 are pulling a fast one on us.
