PLL specific news is what is going to move the stock

I disagree that only PLL news will move this stock. In today's market, it's all interconnected. That has been true for the market for decades but more and more what happens elsewhere in different industries and companies along with the overall sentiment, beliefs, or hot topics greatly effect a whole range of connected companies stock. These days it's more of what people think or believe without any concrete facts, figures, or fundamentals, following the stock gurus and market pundits who give out their "advice" getting paid from both ends. Sometimes news in one stock can effect others both positive and negative without any company specific news even if nothing has changed fundamentally with the stock effected. These days I've noticed that has gone to the extreme in many cases. Lithium the metal is responsible for way too many to list sectors and different levels. From the basic mining labor to college degrees and training, transportation, processing, to battery tech, metal recycling industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, on and on and everything in-between.

The EV hot topic of today has already changed and moved a whole lot of different stocks. Changed institutional, gov, billionaire, and the average Joe/Jane interest (and money) to things of EV or lithium related. Brought eyes, volume and related pps to a whole slew of different things with lithium being a core connection. This will continue and increase as time goes by. I agree that PLL specific news could have some major move with PLL and not to be discounted, but also things out there can have as much as and sometimes even more effect to things in here. Things out there will have great effect on decisions, actions, and direction of PLL and stock holders judgement (the rise or fall of pps) will be made on those things out there. Any specific news of PLL will be based on or originated from something that is happening or happened somewhere else.
