That is completely unrealistic, if not impossible.

Why in the world would ANYONE merge into a shell with multiple BILLIONS of shares already issued and tens of millions in debt, most of it toxic death spiral convertibles? There are plenty of CLEAN shells out there, and plenty of SPACS with hundreds of millions in cash and not a penny of debt.

COWI is a pump and dump. And has been for years and years.
